Sea balcony view was fantastic, easy check in and service. Bath robes would be a nice addition and a central tv.

All staff were unbelievably helpful Jackie the receptionist went beyond expectations but afterall my mother had a fantastic 80th Birthday weekend thanks to them and staff at sister hotel The Somerville where we had fantastic sunday lunch overlooking the bay

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food and service were excellent. Room would benefit from more worktop space. Our balcony on the first floor had no protection against the rain which thankfully was not required much during our stay.

Understated and excellent hotel experience.

Pros: It had an unusual but outstanding balance of efficiency, staff friendliness and accommodation quality without being too big or over specified.
Cons: Bit pricy but we ate exclusively in the hotel as it was so good.
Location: Location in front of beach arguably superior to much more expensive and better marketed hotels nearby . Normal safe beach activities in the bay.
Location was superb if you want a hotel virtually on the beach with no road in front of the hotel and other restaurants and eating places nearby. Sea Kayaking etc within walking distance. Public transport outside the front door if needed. Easy to get to other parts of Jersey and the bay has understandably been a preferred location for the rich and famous over many years.
