We're sorry you weren't happy with our service. During Corona, we are unable to store your luggage in the reception area, as we try to avoid as much contact as we can to ensure our hygienic standards - for your health and the health of our staff. We offer you video protected luggage storage possibilities in the entry area of the hotel and in the sous terrain. If you don't have coins to retrieve the keys of the luggage compartments, we offer you change. As far as the room is concerned, that is located in a different building: we inform you during the booking process, that the historic rooms, of which you booked one, are located in a different building about 200m from the main hotel building. The information is contained in the room description and in the hotel description. We DO NOT simply move reservations for rooms in the main building to the exteriour building at our fancy or out of a whim, as we assume, that our guests read the hotel and room descriptions ahead of booking a room and are aware of WHAT they booked. Again, we are sorry, if you weren't pleased and apologise for appearing rude.
