I originally booked the room for two nights. We received some unfortunate family news and needed to cancel the second night. We were given a credit for the second night on our credit card. Then later on in the day I found that there was an additional charge for the second night On my credit card. I went back to the property that afternoon and told them that I have the additional charge on the credit card. The person in charge told me to dispute the charge on my credit card. I later found out that the credit was on my credit card with an additional charge. I disputed with my credit card company to dispute a charge. The charge was taken off of my credit card along with the credit that was issued previously. The way that it stands right now is that I was charged for two nights when we only stayed one night.
