Very central for St Helier, room was just fine and most staff we helpful and friendly. Breakfast service could be hit and miss. Asked for tea and got coffee, then had to ask 3 more time (three different waiters) before I got tea. Next day, looked forward to a full Jersey breakfast but, no bacon. Asked chef who just said there isn't any and was quite rude. Because of the service here, we decided to have our evening meal elsewhere. Spa staff were just great, friendly, obliging and a credit to the hotel. would we stay here again, yes but lower our expectations for breakfast service and not risk same service at an evening meal.

Dear Traveller, Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your stay with us. I was pleased to see you enjoyed your stay overall but of course were disappointed to see your comments on the breakfast chef. On Sunday morning, our delivery did not turn up as scheduled, which did mean we ran out of bacon for a period of time. The team did source bacon from an alternative supplier but this did incur delays whilst this was prepared. Please accept my apologies for this. I have shared your comments with our Executive Head Chef to raise with his team on how we communicate things moving forward. We do share all feedback with the team and I know that our spa team will be delighted to see your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Superb Hotel! With excellent facilities, friendly staff, superb food and drink, fabulous spa/gym/pool. Highly recommended ,close to the centre, wonderful views of the castle and the bay. Expensive, but certainly worth it. Highly Recommended!

Best hotel on the island - highly recommended. Location is amazing, close to town and the views of Elizabeth castle are breathtaking.
