Dear Traveller, Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your stay with us. I was pleased to see you enjoyed your stay overall but of course were disappointed to see your comments on the breakfast chef. On Sunday morning, our delivery did not turn up as scheduled, which did mean we ran out of bacon for a period of time. The team did source bacon from an alternative supplier but this did incur delays whilst this was prepared. Please accept my apologies for this. I have shared your comments with our Executive Head Chef to raise with his team on how we communicate things moving forward. We do share all feedback with the team and I know that our spa team will be delighted to see your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa offers its guests a full-service spa, an indoor pool, and a health club. There are 2 restaurants on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite 24-hour business centre. A hot tub, a sauna, and spa services are also featured at the luxury Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. This 5-star St. Helier hotel is smoke free.
