Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make it such a relaxing stay. Quality room with all the touches. Excellent food. Would highly recommend and stay again

Initially we did not like our room, but this was changed to one we had stayed in previously. The "large" barman who is also in the breakfast restaurant needs to be more cheerful, didn't see him smile at all! Other staff very obliging, friendly and efficient.

Friendly staff, good food, nice room, a little further away from the centre and the sea than I would have liked but as long as you don’t mind a reasonable walk it’s a nice hotel

Gut gelegenes und gepflegtes Hotel

Pros: Gut gelegen, freundlicher Service, geräumige Zimmer, moderner Empfangs-, Bar- und Restaurantbereich!
Cons: Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Danke!
Location: Es liegt einige Strassen ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums. Wir waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs und konnten so jede Ecke der Insel erkunden.
Wir verbrachten eine Woche im schönen Jersey. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Mit einem Mietwagen ist es ideal, da es etwas ausserhalb liegt und man somit nicht in den Stadtverkehr kommt! Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und humorvoll :-) Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit freundlich bedient und bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten wurde uns unverzüglich geholfen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Einziger Nachteil, es ist echt sehr hell-/ringhörig, man hört jedes Wort wenn jemand im Gang in normaler Lautstärke spricht oder die Nachbarn in der Nacht aufs Klo gehen :-) Für uns war das jedoch nicht schlimm.
