Thank you so much for your recent review and feedback to us here at Una St Ives, it is genuinely appreciated. I am truly sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your bedding and the lack of condiments in your property. We really do want our guests to have the best time and holiday experience whilst with us at Una and I am sorry to learn of these issues. I am aware that the Lodges sometimes do get gifted from previous guests basic condiments such a salt and pepper, however sadly at times these do disappear. A full list of what can be found in the properties are a great way to check this on our website but I sorry that this wasn’t provided for you. I will of course feedback in regards to the bedding and ensure that we look into it further, especially as it has been hot of late. I am genuinely so grateful for this feedback and want to reassure you that we will take the learning from your comments. I have made a note of your stay with us, your feedback, and really would welcome you contacting us should you wish to stay with us again in the future for any period of time, as I would personally like to look after you.
