We were very pleased to learn that you enjoyed an excellent stay, particularly due to our facilities. Regarding your comments about the ice machine, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused but this was reported to our maintenance department as faulty. Event space at this hotel measures 2745 square feet (255 square metres) and includes a conference centre. A rooftop terrace, tour or ticket assistance, and vending machine are also featured at the business-friendly Vivaldi Hotel. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
