This is a lovely hotel and very well situated but it’s the amazing staff that really make your stay memorable. Some of the best customer service I have received world wide from each and every staff member in all departments.

This Hotel is located in the perfect place. Food places and Bus Stops are all nearby. The Hotel Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The Hotel is very clean and it seems like it has been renovated recently hence the room was spotless with all amenities expected and the Bonus was a Smart TV. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place to all.

loved this hotel from start to finish....everything is brand new and in a great is fab and all of the staff we met were fantastic and super friendly...the first night we got there we had an issue with our door which was quickly fixed also due to renovations which i believe are almost complete..we asked to be moved..and this again was made happen with no fuss what so ever...the roof top pool with jets is absolutely perfect to watch the sun come up over the bay and milios the bar man by the pool couldn't do enough for you...thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we come back to malta i would deffinately want to stay here..thanks again👍😁

Good location in centre of St. Julian's

Pros: Cleanliness & friendly staff.
Good location, close to bus to Valletta & onwards, and to the airport. Wide range of restaurants and bars nearby, nice walk along the promenade. .

First time in Malta

Pros: I cant say anything negative about the hotel, the staff were great. The bedroom was cleaned to perfection. Cool reception area.Great views.
Cons: I woild have liked the temperature to be slightly cooler. I cannot think of anything I would liked changed in the Juliani.
Location: Fantastic Location, close to restaurants, bars, public and private transport. Boat rides and tours were only a short bus journey away.
The Hotel lived up to all my expectations. When I arrived into Spinola Bay I was very happy. The staff were very welcoming. We were offered a welcoming drink on arrival. Hotel is a very pretty one. The Bedroom was particularly appealing. The colour scheme and size made it feel like it was an extension of the Bay. The view from the rooftop pool was breath taking.. The breakfast was better than I experienced in other hotels. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did not dine in their restaurant because we were having difficulty with the high temperatures and were never feeling hungry. Because it was very hot we spent alot of time on boating activities which were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering going to Malta. I hope to return again in the next few years.

great place

Great place, would recommend. Nice cafe and restaurant also. Only problem for me was that there was some construction going on which woke me up before 9am every day. When I'm on vacation I like to sleep in... But I guess that will be finished before the high season starts.
