Overall we found the entire hotel excellent, our only complaint was the delivery of our order in The Bistro Bar at night took longer than expected.

3 STAR HOTEL CHARGING 5 STAR PRICES

Pros: ONE OF THE BAR STAFF MICHAEL
Cons: BARS POOLS NEED LOTS OF WORK, EXTERIOR OF THE HOTEL NEED TOTALLY REDOING. TO BE HONEST THE LIST IS JUST TO LONG
BOOK A SUITE WHICH CAME WITH THE ADDED BENEFIT OF DAMP AND MOLD ON THE WALLS AND CARPET,WAS MOVED THE NEXT DAY TO ANOTHER SUITE ON THE SIXTH FLOOR SAME PROBLEM WITH DAMP,HOWEVER THIS HAD THE ADDITIONAL BENEIFIT OF A BALCONY 6 FLOORS HIGH THAT WAS HELD TOGETHEWR WITH CABLE TIES,SURELY ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SOME POOR SOUL FALLS 6 FLOORS TO THERE DEATH.I HAVE A 5 YEAR OLD SON,FINALLY NEARLY 18 HOURS AFTER WE ARRIVED, WE WERE GIVEN PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST SUITES IN THE HOTEL AND NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT. THE HOTEL IS NOT TIRED ITS IN A COMA,MOST THE COMMUNAL AREAS HAVE BEEN DECORATED THE HOTEL WAS RECENTLY SOLD AND NO LONGER BELONGS TO THE RADISSION GROUP THE PLAN WAS TO KNOCK DOWN THREE HOTELS INTO ONE RESORT,I OWN A BUILDING COMPANY AND THIS PROPERTY NEEDS MILLIONS OF DOLLARS SPENT TO BRING IT UP TO ANY OTHER FIVE STAR HOTELS.TWO OF THE POOLS HAD SO MANY CHEMICALS IN THEM ONE DIP WAS ENOUGH FOR ME,MOST OF THE CONCRETE PATHWAYS WERE ALL BROKEN UP AND FINALLY THE FOOD WAS OVER PRICE AND WHAT YOU CALL FROZEN FRESH,50 EUROS SOON SPENT ON A FEW DRINKS AND A CLUB.DO YOURSELF A GREAT FAVOUR AND STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.STAFF TRIED REALLY HARD TO PATCH THE GAPING HOLES IN QUALITY HOWEVER THE HOTEL OFFERS THE HOLIDAYMAKER A VERY UNREWARDING EXPERIENCE,I WOULD OF LEFT THE SAME REVIEW HAD

Comfortable and well-equipped resort hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. I would particularly recommend the Bridge Cocktail Bar which also serves excellent food (and drinks!) throughout the day - no need to pay 18 euros for a buffet breakfast in the Kon Tiki restaurant! The pool areas are well-maintained and I was pleased to see that staff removed towels from sunbeds that hadn't been occupied for a while so that other guests could use them. the pool bar was good as was the fresh pancake and waffle bar that appeared on the afternoon of each day. The room was comfortable and well-maintained and the balcony faced the pool and the sea. In all a fantastic holiday experience.

Really nice hotel, with lovely staff throughout. You literally don't need to leave if you don't want to but just down the hill (it's on a beautiful sea view hill) is the party town! Loved my stay will defo be coming back and staying here again. Only con is that they didn't have enough toothpaste on hand.

10minute walk to the main strip of bars/shisha

Pros: Breakfast Buffet
Cons: The pillows were not as comfortable as expected. Rooms are not modern
Location: Looking onto the water and about a 10minute walk to the lively restaurants/bar/shisha area.
Good hotel, the rooms are not as modern as expected. Cheaper to get the breakfast buffet if added on at reception (12 euros) rather than in the morning when you go down to the restaurant (18 euros). Overall, good experience.
