Thank you for your candid comment. The request was made for the ground floor and we tried our best to accommodate the request eventhough the ground floor was not available for the entire stay. Furthermore, requests are not a guarantee. The was machine was indeed not functioning and was replaced within 24 hours. We will look into the report of the staff being rude as this is not our standard. The report should of been made to the Front Desk Agents of the issues you had encountered. We would of gladly rectified the issues. We thank you for staying with us and hope we will have another opportunity to provide excellent service, comfortable and pleasurable stay on your next visit with us.
