We are very sorry that you did not receive the same kind of room as your friends although you booked the same category. The information our colleague at the front desk gave you is correct, sometimes we give free upgrades, but we are not always able to do so, due to the limited availability. You received though the room that you booked and we apologize for any confusion the pictures online might have caused.
