The hotel was average on arrival with substandard amenities but we thought it would be okay. However our rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis properly; there was damp in our rooms and we found cockroaches. This was raised to the managers who had a relaxed attitude and did not appear to care. They stated they would raise our complaints but that they were not valid and that 'all 5 star hotels have cockroaches and to deal with it'. I felt disappointed and nothing was done by the hotel to try and help us in the situation. i felt uncomfortable for the rest of the trip and have not heard anything about a 'resolution' either directly from the hotel not expedia whom i emailed about this.
