The property was dingy and worn out. The room was small and the furniture misplaced. The TV was placed on a night stand near the foot of the bed, making it nearly impossible to use one side of the bed due to there being no room to get past the tv. The room smelled like fried food. I will not stay at this hotel again.
Great one night stay. Ideal for long term trips as well. The hotel is close to Dulles Airport but not walkable to restaurants and shopping.

I always like a place that has a full kitchen when I'm staying any extended amount of time because it allows me the opportunity to save money by cooking my own dinner.What i was disappointed in was due to problems with my flight i checked in extremely late & my check out was very early I'd hope to get a reduction for 2 of my nights stay.Other wise i was very pleased.This is my 2nd time staying at a D.C. Towneplace suite
