Great Medieval Street with Castle and this Inn was Great with Old Sloping Floors.Drove 150 for Concert in Brighton which was cancelled so we just stayed at Hotel had Great Food including Breakfast the next day.I want to compliment the Very Hard Working Staff I think There should have been More people to Help on this Sunday Morning.

Great stay! Just what we needed after a long walk, stopped at the Castle to continue our route along the South Downs way. The breakfast was great.

The inside and outside restaurant areas were very good as were the staff. The breakfasts were excellent and included in the price, although staff were unable to cope with busy periods. Food was good, but more variety required. The room was small, but then again it wasnt expensive. Bed was remade, but badly. Towels weren't changed. Don't think there was much cleaning going on in the room.

Great place to Stay

Pros: we were made to feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The same friendly staff spoke to us could not do enough.
Cons: Bigger Towels could be supplied. nothing else to add to comments
Location: Great place to stay to Visit Tunbridge Wells, Newick, Worthing to see relatives. The Bramber Village is beautiful also the castle nearby.
