Staff excellent- witnessed a member of the breakfast staff actively assisting elderly and disabled customers with genuine respect and affection. All staff were helpful and professional

Pleasant stay

Pros: Staff, comfort, location
Location: Only a mile to city centre, we only went to shopping centre as only an overnight stay. We weren't doing touristy things
Stayed with family in a family room. Very comfortable, very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

A good place to lay your head

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was impeccable, something that can't always be said about some of the competition in Stirling.

Staff really made it

Thanks to all of the staff. Although this is a chain, it has the feel of an individual, one off family run hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and we look forward to staying there when visiting relatives again.

Family break

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with free wifi too. Much better value than a prestigious Holiday Inn we've recently stayed in which had a smaller room, no free wifi and no breakfast included.
