Temporary Stockholm base

Scandic Talk is quite nice design and just this side of luxury feel. Located next to the exhibition centre it is well-suited for business travellers, and VERY conveniently located on the commuter train line from Arlanda airport, thus eliminating the need to oay for high-speed Express train and change in central station. The commuter train routes also connect to the light-rail that takes one to other parts of Stockholm without needing to travel first to Central station. The issues I had with hotel were resolved efficiently by front-desk staff (our room was overlooked by cleaning staff on day 1). The only thing that would have improved our stay was having a tea/coffee making facility in the room. There is a McD's w/in walking distance if needing fast-food, and 2 supermarkets also within walking distance for getting provisions if necessary.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sie haben uns sehr geholfen, unseren verlorenen Koffer vom Flughafen wieder zu bekommen. Auch eine Nachbuchung war ohne Probleme möglich.

Maksoin isommasta huoneesta koska sitä oli ainoastaan saatavilla. Saimme huoneena missä parisänky, jääkaappi tyhjä jne.. ei vastannut sitä mistä maksoin 251,-. Valitin asiasta mutta sanottiin että sesonki aika niin nyt saitte tämän huoneen. Harmillista kun maksaa muusta mitä saa. Työni puolesta asun 2 kertaa vuodessa tässä mutta mietin siirrynkö lähellä olevaan hotelliin seuraavalla kerralla. Pieni hyvitys olisi kyllä paikallaan

Hotellille hyvät yhteydet

Pros: Hyvät sängyt ja monipuolinen aamiainen, todella nopeat hissit. Yleiset tilat viihtyisät ja siistit.
Cons: Vierailumme aikana vain 2/3 hissistä käytössä, se on 17 kerroksen hotellissa liian vähän varsinkin aamu/aamupäivän aamiais-/checkout ruuhkassa.
Location: Tärkein on tietysti messukeskus Stockholmsmässan.
Tarkoitukseemme sopivalla paikalla sijaitseva hotelli vain parinsadan metrin päässä Älvsjön asemalta. Huoneet siistejä, tosin käytön jälki näkyy paikoitellen. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvin kohdallaan.
