    Very disappointed that there was no hot water in any of the rooms , Had a few friends staying there also as we were attending the same activity the next day , they also said that they didn’t have hot water in the rooms they were in , seemingly a boiler problem, we should have been made aware when checking in , only told of the problem when we said spoke to receptionist and was told then

    Very comfortable nights sleep.

    Very comfortable, perfect for a last minute trip to Alton Towers. Loved the family room, essentially 2 rooms in one. Clearly used by construction workers previously, carpets have that telltale bleached effect from cementy shoes! Ignore that and overall a lovely room. Thank you, would definitely stay again.

    I was a little worried as when i put a heavy bag on the beside table the screws came out of the wall, j went straight to reception and the lady was very accomodating she was more worried about our safety and advised we put the bedside table on the floor againt the wall, she advised she would get maintenance to sort it as the screws were not very strong. She

    First room had already been used and not made up for our stay. No other family rooms available so had to make do with a. Twin room, second room we booked didn’t have the sofa bed made up had to ask to get duvets and sheets
