Central

The hotel is beter than its star rating, I feel. Although the furnishings are a little tired, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant is good. Very good value. My go to hotle in Stornoway.

Hat bessere Zeiten gesehen und ist heruntergekommen. Es wurde zwar viel gebastelt, aber das meist unprofessionell. Eine der Matratzen im Zimmer war fast unbenutzbar aufgrund des verschlissenen Federkerns. Als Übernachtungshotel gerade akzeptabel, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure our guests have a happy and comfortable stay we are disappointed to learn you were not happy with yours. I wonder if you brought your issue to the attention of our reception team whilst you were here as we would have happily made you more comfortable.
