Spacious room in central location

very friendly and helpful staff, the room is large and has all amenities required. The location is very central and easy to get to most places in the city, and very close to the train station which is useful

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut, besonders der frische Fruchtsalat. Leider war die Dusche in den Ecken verschmutzt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Nous avons apprécié laa localisation de la résidence, proche de la gare. L'appartement est très bien équipé mais s'il manquait quelque éléments comme un torchon, des sacs supplémentaires pour un long séjour et des ustensiles pour faire le ménage. Nous avons trouvé dommage que ce soit au client de vider les poubelles. Dans d'autres appartements hôtels, cela est inclus dans les frais de service.

facile à trouver

Location: je venais pour un congrès pas de visites...
Arrivée tardive sans problème, personnel accueillant, sans souci: j'avis réservé par internet. Attention avoir la même carte bancaire que le jour de la réservation! J'avais un studio ( très bien équipé petit frigo , plaque de cuisson, micro onde, cafetière électrique plus c.à café. Mais la table est collée au mur, peu conviviale) C'est un bon hôtel, propre calme malgré la proximité des rails Point à améliorer: -odeur tenace de friture ( des précédents)dans le studio malgré mon aération. Ca a été le plus gênant, la fenêtre était pourtant à mon arrivée entrouverte. -je suis sensible à la lumière la nuit: donc j'ai du occulter les petites diodes bleues des commandes design de la lumière des lampes de chevet , les rideaux occultants le sont mais un peu trop courts du fait du radiateur situé en dessous et trop loin de la vitre à cause du système d'aération de la fenêtre donc luminosité extérieure conservée. Le détecteur incendie est logé dans la lumière du plafond juste au dessus du lit et clignote rouge!.. J'aurais apprécié de trouver un plan des lignes de transport en commun lisible au lieu du plan très ciblé touriste. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner à 8 euros dans la salle du rdc peu conviviale car sorte d'open space face à l'ascenseur et la réception (et j'avais le studio)
