Didn't even get to stay!

Booked online as it was getting late driving home after a stay away. Got there just before 10pm to check in but the hotel was locked, with all of the lights out downstairs. Tried ringing the doorbell and phoning up but no answer. All other hotels booked in the area meant we had to sleep in the car. Very poor considering the good write ups!!
