Chic looking room at a good location

Loved the look of the room. Staffs were friendly. Downsides: The bed was unbelievably hard. The shower leaks

Leider ein sehr entäuschender Aufenthalt. Es fing damit an, dass die Parkplatzsituation rund ums Hotel sehr schlecht ist, im Flur riecht es sehr stark nach Rauch und die RoofTop-Bar konnte trotz Hotelaufenthalt auch nicht genutzt werden.

Hey Joshua, vielen lieben Dank für dein Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Du mit deinem Aufenthalt bei uns nicht zufrieden warst. Leider sind unsere Parkplätze nur begrenzt. Da das Hotel in der Stadtmitte liegt, kann es hier am Wochenende zu viel Verkehr kommen. Dass es auf unseren Fluren nach Rauch riecht ist nicht unser Standard. Falls Gäste unerlaubt im Zimmer rauchen, kann dies in den Flur ziehen. Hierauf achten wir allerdings sehr, da es in unseren Zimmern nicht gestattet ist zu rauchen. Unsere Bar ist sehr gefragt und deshalb auch immer sehr schnell voll. Gerne könnt ihr für den nächsten Aufenthalt vorab bei uns einen Tisch reservieren, sodass wir Euch einen Platz in unserer Bar gewähren können. Noch einmal möchten wir uns bei Dir für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Über eine zweite Chance würden wir uns sehr freuen. Ganz liebe Grüße

Tolles Hotel an perfekter Lage. Eignet sich hervorragend für einen Shopping-Trip in Einkaufszentrum Milaneo. Schöne Rooftop-Bar. Zimmer sind sehr sauber & modern.
