Nice business hotel with amazing piano bar

The hotel was perfect! The staff was very polite and the atmosphere was more than amazing.

Leider waren die Wartezeiten an der Reception sehr lange. Im Frühstücksraum am Buffet eine Maske zu tragen, aber gleichzeitig Tiere von Gästen im Frühstücksraum zu haben, welche zusätzlich von vielen anderen Gästen angefasst werden, welche sich auch am Buffet bedienen, finde ich irgendwie komisch und nicht wirklich hygienisch... Allgemein entstandd an vielen Stellen der Eindruck, dass das Hotel personell deutlich unterbesetzt ist (ich schriebe das jetzt mal der Coroan-Situtaion zu). Abgeräumt und Kaffe gebracht wurde trotz mehrfacher Versicherung beim frühstück nichts.

Ich bedauere sehr, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht zu Ihrer vollen Zufriedenheit ausgefallen ist. Richtig ist, dass wir aufgrund von Corona aktuell eine deutlich geringere Belegung im Haus haben, als wir dies bei uns normal gewohnt sind, und entsprechend auch nicht mit voller Personalstärke arbeiten können, um den Umsatzausfall einigermaßen kompensieren zu können. Richtig ist, dass es – zumindest zu Stoßzeiten – dadurch zu kurzen Wartezeiten kommen kann. Generell setzen wir hier im Haus die Corona-Richtlinien des Landes Baden-Württemberg um. Diese sehen unter anderem das Tragen einer Maske am Buffet vor. Generell sind in unserem Restaurant auch Tiere erlaubt, da diese ja in der Regel am Tisch bleiben. Ich kann durchaus verstehen, dass es dann etwas befremdlich wirkt, wenn andere Gäste das Tier streicheln und dann wieder ans Buffet gehen. Ich habe bereits mit unserer Serviceleitung gesprochen, hier zukünftig noch mehr Augenmerk darauf zu legen und die entsprechenden Gäste dann auch darauf anzusprechen. Lieber Gast, ich entschuldige mich noch einmal für die Ihnen entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten und würde mich freuen, Sie bald wieder einmal in unserem Hause begrüßen zu dürfen.
