Sehr freunliches Servicepersonal. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr kurz angebunden. Sie gaben nur spärlich Antwort auf fragen. Der Betrieb wird sehr nachhaltig geführt.

Längere Wartezeiten beim Chekin. Da infolge Corona Scheiben bei der Rezeption montiert wurden, versteht man das Personal sehr schlecht, da es in der Lobby jetzt auch nicht mehr so ruhig ist.

Die Anzahl unserer Mitarbeiter, die an der Rezeption Dienst haben, planen wir immer entsprechend der erwarteten Gästezahlen. Gerade zu Stoßzeiten lässt es sich aber dennoch nicht ganz vermeiden, dass es zu kurzen Wartezeiten kommen kann. Und ja, noch haben wir die Glasscheiben an der Rezeption montiert; wir haben dort jeden Tag doch mit sehr vielen Menschen Kontakt und möchten unsere Mitarbeiter schützen.
