Das Hotel, war sehr sauber und wie alle Motel One sehr elegant eingerichtet. Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider fehlt eine Minibar. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte gebucht uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt das dort eine Baustelle ist und wir zum Hauptbahnhof Motel One gehen müssen. Wenn wir es genug früh erfahren hätten konnten wir auch dort Parkieren. Als wir uns beschwert hatten wurde mitgeteilt , weil sie von uns keine Daten haben wurde die Information an Ebookers weitergeleitet und Ebookers hat uns nicht Informiert. Fazit: Gutes Hotel schlechte Service.
