Lovely room and staff. Disappointed that we were unable to check in a little earlier. The wedding we attended was at 2.00pm. we could not be given our rooms until 2.00 pm. Some of the guests had travelled far and wide and obviously didn't want to travel in their wedding finery. One room was available to change clothes in but of course you then had to repack to then take to your room after the actual ceremony.... I do think that a little leeway and common sense could of prevailed. Just allowing check-in for wedding guests at 1.00pm would of solved the problem for all concerned. This one major problem put a real dampener on the whole occasion. The hotel, staff and facilities were great.
