Smart TV was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Adequate parking. Extremely Comfortable bed. Floors and shower could be cleaner, but otherwise.... Happy overall

Rooms need updating badly as it seems only the bar area has had any improvements. Prefer Village Hotels all day long for a similar price.

Clean hotel close to city centre

Pros: Hotel 1 mile from town centre. Clean and quiet.
Location: Surprisingly activities for families and shops in Swansea. Surrounding villages have a good variety of shops and beaches which are also very clean.
Good hotel with sufficient facilities for weekend break. Clean good sized bedrooms all ensuite, staff friendly, breakfasts choice good - hot or continental. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel accessible to the Gower.

Pros: Easy to find and to park, with the registration scheme. Located near the Waterfront which is delightful. Close to eateries.
Cons: Room141, the road noisy, window did not tilt. Smelly sink, toilet cistern ran all the time. Heater defunct. Hairdryer was cold! By stairs, noisy.
Location: Walking distance to Waterfront eateries and MacDonalds if able bodied. Buddlehia bushes over paths need trimming back.
The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable.
