Biggest positive about this property is it’s location. Close to the shops, LC2, Winterwonderland, marina and promenade.

The best thing about the Marriott is the location and the views of the sea and the Marina. There was scaffolding marring the view this time. It is quite expensive. The restaurant food was excellent ( but expensive) and the breakfast buffet good but not great, The hotel is a little worn round the edges now and there are stains on curtains and seat covers which really could be removed with a bit of care and attention. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

Fabulous location.

Pros: Location, friendly staff and breakfast.
Cons: Radiators moved so windows could be altered to French windows with, if possible, a small balcony so that views can be appreciated.
Location: Excellent for beach and Marina. Good base for Gower Peninsula.
Love location of this hotel. Lovely promenade alongside beach and Marina. We booked a deluxe room with Marina view. Unfortunately, they gave us a standard room with car park view. It was sorted quickly as I had the proof with me that they had made a mistake. It's a shame that window in the room isn't to the ground and only half way down. Below the window was a very bulky radiator, so you couldn't really enjoy the view. We returned to the hotel in the evening and there was a friendly atmosphere in the bar. It's not big enough as people couldn't find a seat. It's a hotel of the eighties and it shows but I would still recommend it for short breaks. Especially because of location. Breakfast is very good.

Close to town centre and other amenities.

My stay and experience was excellent. Though the weather was unforgiving, the warm of the hotel and staff made for all this. Nice place, nice people and heartful breakfast!

Really lovely staff who were extremely helpful, they helped to make our stay and my 21st that but more special. They were extremely accommodating to my party when arriving.
