Staff are friendly and amazing nice people sadly my room was positioned near a ventilator so had noise but room was ok its the people that make it great and the best cooked breakfast ever in any hotel not even 4 or 5 star hotels cook for you. This Kings arms hotel is great and worth waking up to breakfast alone

Very surprised on the hotel love the decor

Stayed here for a party on Saturday in the function room then went downstairs to the hotels disco Sunday came back from having dinner out and there was a band playing till 11 lovely finish to the weekend will definitely stay here again when visiting family love the fact of parking out the back just the stairs up to the bedrooms no lift staff very friendly and helpful love the way the rooms are separate feels like Harry Potter studios thank you so much for making us stay Karen Fordham and family London

Not Happy

Pros: Breakfast ok
Cons: Customer care
Location: At the weekend manic
Arrived on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend nothing on web site to warn of band and music till 2.00 in the morning. Greeted by 3 bouncers on door, booked in then made way through crowed pub and dance floor with luggage, shown room put luggage in then found on leaving that the doors lock was totally broken door would not lock from outside or inside, no handle on outside of door to close it, had family room with 3 beds and when we reported the door we could only be offered 2 separate rooms surely someone should have noticed that the lock was broken. Car park was packed no spaces at all, breakfast was ok and room was ok towards back of building so not disturbed to much by the noise from downstairs.

Lovely boutique hotel

Well located in Swindon Old Town, with plenty of near by eateries. A bijou boutique hotel, which was excellent value for money. Occasionally under staffed, causing delays in reception ano in the bar. I would certainly use this hotel again.
