Visiting during NYE. Terrible accommodation. Don't go there. Accommodation is not a hotel. Worse than B&B. Booked the most expensive room and received it in very poor condition. Complaints to reception more than 5 times. Only email to management brought improvement very slowly. Reception and management completely overwhelmed. Therefore, contact with the owner, Iris Hotel Group, had to be sought. All too much effort. I just wanted to have a nice vacation. From Mr. Kangais, Iris Group, no response or compensation to date. Impudence. Don't waste your nerves or money on this accommodation. Room very dirty, many things broken.
