We sincerely apologise that the Shuttle Bus Service did not meet your expectations. We would like to inform you that the shuttle bus service is provided by an outsourced company, thus giving us very less control over the service. However this is completely unacceptable, we will definitely pass on your valuable feedback to the Shuttle Bus Company to ensure a mandatory action. Nous sommes ravis de voir que vous avez apprécié un séjour confortable, et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement de l'hôtel pratique pour vos besoins de voyage. Cependant, je suis désolé de lire vos commentaires concernant l'heure des repas au restaurant. Veuillez noter que même si le petit déjeuner est servi dans notre restaurant de 5h30 à 10h00 en semaine, et de 6h00 à 11h00 le week-end et les jours fériés, le restaurant ne ferme pas après cette heure. Notre restaurant reste ouvert jusqu'à 21h00 tous les jours. Alternativement, nous offrons 24 heures dans la salle à manger. Je suis désolé pour la confusion, et d'apprendre que cela ne vous a pas été clairement communiqué. Sur une bien meilleure note, je suis heureux de voir le reste de votre séjour a été le plus satisfaisant en fonction de vos notes.
