Hotel is lovely trully a five star room, service is a poor 4 star though, ignored 2 email contacts about room location and allocated me a room at the rear of the hotel when i asked for a Front room,Was Informed resturant was fully booked on arrival, we were hungry after a liong drive and there is nothing else in the area open, maid didn't replenish tea bags or water in the room, was unsociable behavior from other guests at the pool, maid woke us up despite having do not disturb light on, I wouldnt return here as all these little things ruined our stay, five star usally means excellent service this hotel has zero service, if you just want a nice room and nothing else and dont mind staying in a bad part of sydney go for it.
