房間室內溫度只有15度，也沒有暖氣空調，價格和品質不成正比，CP值不是很高，但位置在鶯歌老街上，算是便利的

失望
不是新旅店？晚上睡到ㄧ半起床居然床頭上有ㄧ隻超大的蟑螂和兩隻蚊子，太誇張！櫃檯人員10點就下班了無法處理，快煮壺也壞了無法泡奶（暈），加上空調聲音超大聲，隔音設備差，旅店提供的嬰兒床沒有床圍軟墊，導致孩子晚上睡覺一直撞到床邊睡不好。再來就是第ㄧ次遇到在訂房網站訂房卻無法提供早餐，雖然兒童遊戲區不錯也乾淨，服務人員也都態度很好，但下次應該不會再來了。
