Hotel ok Staff excellent Housekeeping services not good - Room floor not clean and never hooverd in a complete week. Only bins emptied and towels changed (despite not wishing for changes every day) in bathroom. No cleaning of facilities apparent. No bed linen changes and poor bed making. Paper rubbish under dressing table from day one not cleared.

Very convenient for enjoying the old town

Pros: Position. Comfortable quiet room.
Cons: The piped music in the corridors should be quieter so it cannot be heard in the rooms, although it did not cause us a problem.
Location: You walk straight out to the city walls and old town with all its interesting and pretty buildings and cobbled largely pedestrianised streets. Fab!
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and our shower was very nice. My only criticism was that the towels were rather small. We had a quiet room with a nice view over the rooftops towards St Olav's church which we enjoyed. The attached Rukis café was excellent for cakes, snacks and coffee and the staff there were lovely.

Nice hotel in downtown Tallinn

Pros: Facilities ok, good tourist std.
Cons: See above, kill the noise.
Sat night, terrible noise way to the night due to a Xmas party; in the Morning additionally someone moving groceries etc. with small carts making a lot of noise. Next night silent, as one would expect.

one night stay

booked standard room.on my booking form it stated room description :standard room 1 double bed AND one 1 twin (single) bed. that was how it was written exactly. I thought I was getting a room with TWO beds but was given room with one double bed. Was sharing with a friend so this was unsuitable.Asked for change of room OR a small bed to be put in room.Was told we could not have bed put in room or we could not change room as hotel booked out.We asked to speak to manager. Were told by staff at reception that manager would tell us the same thing!! we were eventually given a twin room .The manager did not speak to us at all.We were told that we should have specified that we wanted a room with 2 beds that is the system! We were told that we did not understand the SYSTEM! should make it clearer to clients that you need to specify if you wish to have room with 2 beds.

Äärimmäisen epäystävällinen vastaanotto. Likaiset huoneet, verhoissa ja lattiassa likatahroja ja huone ja käytävä tunkkaiset. Mitä tarkoitetaan hotellin hyvällä sijainnillla? Ei anakaa sitä, että saisi nukkua rauhassa, hirveä bassonjumputus aamuyöhön asti. Kävimme pyytämässä korvatulppia, mutta niitä oli vain yhdet; luvattiin tuoda toiset huoneeseen vaan eipä kuulunut. Yöpyminen tässä hotellissa pilasi koko Tallinnan matkamme, ei ikinä enää tänne. Harmittaa niin paljon, että ainoa lohtu olisi saada rahat takaisin. Ebookersin maineen kannalta en suosittele pitämään tätä hotellia listoilla. Eikä todellakaan olla yleensä kovin vaativia majoituksen suhteen..

Kaunis hotelli vaikka lattioissa jo pientä kuluneisuutta. Hlökunta respassa tosi mukavaa ja ammattitaitoista. Aamupalalla ainoat miinukset. Tunti ennen aamupalan loppumista jo puutteita sekä ruuissa että ateriointivälineissä. Lautaset lopussa,toisena aamuna ei veitsiä tarjolla lainkaan. Samoin esim munakokkeli lähes loppu ja se loppukin kylmää. Leikkelelautasella tuotteet vähissä. Hlökuntakin ehkä hivenen "tympeää". Tähän nähden hinta/laatusuhde ei ollut sopivalla tasolla. Kuitenkin seuraavakin Tallinnan reissu tullaan viettämään kyseisessä hotellissa,kenties ilman aamupalaa.
