Staff were so helpful and informative from the first moment. The hotel was lovely and the room extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room and it had all you needed. The fitness suite was wonderful and we enjoyed having the use of it(mainly to ourselves too!) Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. It was in a great location and I would highly recommend it to others. I will certainly stay again.

Great location near the old town.

Perfect location, close to the old town with tram stops close by for transfers to and from the airport. Hotel staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooms comfortable and breakfast had a great choice especially for cooked items.A lovely stay in a beautiful city.

Great hotel for everything

Pros: Staff were great
Cons: Room cleanliness was good but could have been better
Great staff always smiling and Very helpful. The hotel is located opp freedom sq and old town. Turn left to national library. Go straight and left to old town. Go straight and right for new shopping centres. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

Good hotel, great location for Old Town

Pros: Location
Location: 5 minutes from Old Town. You can cross the square opposite the hotel and take the steps up to Toompea Hill and that whole area is beautiful.
Hotel is 10/15 minutes from the airport by reasonably priced taxi. Check-in staff were friendly and very efficient. Standard room was clean and had good facilities, (iron, minibar, dressing gowns, slippers). Breakfast was excellent with quite a large selection, although the dining room was pretty busy in the morning. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Old Town with a large selection of bars and restaurants.

Great hotel near the old town

Pros: Everything can't fault it in anyway
Cons: Nothing superb hotel
Location: Close to the old town and all the local attractions
Great hotel close to the old town,only a five minute walk. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless clean and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend the hotel palace superb hotel. I will be going back.
