Crowded, not so quiet. Perfect location.

Pros: Too crowded and noisy.
Cons: Noisy customers...
Location: Great location! Next to small supermarket, close to both old town and harbour.
We stayed 2 nights in Deluxe Double Room. Room was non-smoking but from somewhere there came every now and then a smell of tobacco. Breakfast was included in room price and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast room was very crowded and the athmosphere hectic so it was not so relaxing. Floor and tables were not that clean either. Wifi in room worked fine. Especially before noon. On TV we found among several canals also two Finnish ones which was great for us. Room was clean. Bed was very soft. I had asked for a quiet room - but got a room next to the elevators. That unfortunately kept me wake during nights because I could hear the noice of elevators when somebody ordered it... Or heard the pling-sound when it arrived in our floor. Also I heard when loud people came around 4 AM in our floor... Not nice. Pool is ok. Unfortunately jacuzzi was not working in the first evening. In the second day it was working but was always full of people so we couldn't try it at all. The last evening (Friday) there were almost 30 people in the pool area so you can imagine you cannot actually swimm in the pool. There were also some people who didn't go to shower before entering the pool but I assume it is normal in the eastern Europe? The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to both old town and harbour. The is also Rimi market in the next building so you can buy something to eat there if you don't want to try room service. Next time we'll book Swissotel or Hilton because they have

Aamiainen loistava. Sijainti hyvä ja mitään ääniä ei kuulunut huoneeseen. Siistiä ja sauna ja uima-allas hyvät.

Kadun puolella liikenteen äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen (kerros 8.). Huoneen ilmastointikone oli meluisa, joten piti sammuttaa yöksi. Ystävällinen palvelu ja yhden kokeilun osalta ravintolan ruoka vastaa hintaansa.
