It seems very cosy and welcoming, some of the other Tampere hotels are impersonal and mediocre. A stylish and clever refurbishment of a 1990s? hotel. Breakfast has been designed to look unusual and appetising but selection is short, especially of fruit and speciality coffee and pastries. Can be crowded and the egg station is not properly ventilated and on busy morning smells like a greasy spoon. The saunas are lovely, on the top floors with windows, but not open till early evening.

Hotel consulting

Pros: cleanliness, friendliness by staff, efficiency
Cons: Re-designing the rooms with more wardrobe space and drawers, better and more rational lighting, elimination of the stupid little marble steps.
Location: location is good - although not perfect because guests have to go through the most horrible passageway if they chose to walk to the Haamenkatu.
The comfort and cleanliness of the site ( 151 ) and the efficiency and pleasantness of your reception staff is unfortunately overshadowed by the complete lack of service and the complete lack of knowledge on the part of your so called "designers" as to what guests expect . In a separate mail I have informed in details the Hotel General Manager and I hope you will liaise with him.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, huone oli siisti ja vuode mukava. Hotelli oli hiljainen eikä toisten vieraiden äänet kuuluneet huoneeseen. Aamiainen oli aivan loistava, ja ravintolan henkilökunta olivat ammattitaitoisia ja ystävällisiä.
