The first room we were given was old , dated , dark and not very clean so ok the 2nd day we were moved to a room in block 1 which was much brighter and cleaner. The pool area was lovey , no complaints regarding that. Although on the 2nd day we left our towels there when we went in to the town but we got delayed so when we got back they were gone and as much as we asked about them they were never found or returned to us .

Excellent Service, the staff were excellent and helpful at all times. The food choice in the restaurant for Vegetarians ( and meat eaters) is excellent. The waitress services in the restaurant was outstanding. The amenities are excellent too. The only issue is that the swimming pool was cold! This is such a pity as the pool is great. The Olympic Pool is a must and is heated although there is a small charge for usage, Will return in the future.

We understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about your All Inclusive type of meal plan upon reservation and would like to take the opportunity to point out that, as reported on our website, the All Inclusive is related to drinks, meals , snacks and the entertainment program; the room safes, the parking, the wellness center, the olympic pool and adults only pool bar are reported to be available against an extra charge. We are sorry for the discomfort regarding the pool temperature and despite the heating systems available at the moment in both the main area pool and Olympic pool, we want to thank you for the advice on the swimming pool and passed your comments to our technical service so that they can revise the situation in order to study how this can be improved We are always looking for different ways of achieving the guests´ full satisfaction and for this reason, we very much appreciate the feedback provided in the sports facilities available. The pool temperature at the end of October was absolutely freezing. The temperature showing in reception was as low as 8c. It made it very difficult to spend any Period of time in it, which was supposedly one of the hotel's best features. Also, no bottles of water in bedroom after first night. Yet an all inclusive? Finally, wind whistled through our balcony doors most nights disturbing our little boy. Otherwise a very large hotel, friendly staff, pretty good food selection and well replenished in the restaurant. The pool snack bar was a bit underwhelming and cramped considering how much it gets used.

Excellent sport facilities

Everything an athlete could ask for, i.e. a 50m swimming pool, a nice gym, and there is also a bike rental right next to the hotel. On top of that, the service is very good and the food at the breakfast / dinner buffet is excellent.

Used hotel as a base. Although not far from sea front it is about 20 mins away from beaches and 25 mins from shops, bars etc. Hotel shuttle runs ever hour to Teguise centre. Last one back at 5.45. Definitely a family hotel. Pool very busy but to be expected when most are all inclusive.

It was a lovely hotel.

Our experience is great. Everything you need is in that hotel. You don't really need to go out because they provide it all. The activities for kids, the pool, the food and the entertainment at night are all fantastic. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Massive hotel complex near nothing really.

Pros: Rooms and bed comfortable and handy having a fridge. Free towels at reception for 10 Euro deposit refunded on return saved having to pack any.
Cons: reception staffing levels and speed with dealing with people
Location: Hotel complex near nothing really.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. All inclusive or half board options available. Very difficult to get sunbeds. People were putting towels on them the night before. Plenty on site to do with pools, slides games and entertainment. Hotel is near nowhere really tho so you are a captive audience with Costa Teguise being a good 20 minute walk away, Biggest gripe was reception. For such a big hotel felt it under staffed. What was missing was a dedicated concierge or 2 to take away some of workload like people asking for information and directions and booking trips and let staff deal with check ins/outs and core duties. Always a queue at desk. Gave up waiting on last day and went out and flagged my own taxi down. Food was a buffet style and was of okay quality.

Very relaxing

Very relaxing hotel. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and really nice gardens. I would recommend this hotel for all age groups and would definitely go back to this hotel again. Just a short taxi ride from the airport which is a plus for the hotel.
