Good for the price. Good top floor room but … lift out of action so got good daily exercise. Very loud seagull lives on window sill so early morning alarm call guaranteed. Great location and parking down the road extra cost. Staff are a motley crue but friendly and for the most part competent

A very tired hotel, dirty carpets, scuff marks on walls & doors peeling paint on the outside walls & in rooms, dirty grout around tiles in our room 12, outside terrace was left with glasses & upturned chairs for several hours whilst bar staff stood around. The location of this hotel was in a perfect with superb sea views and should have, could have been Tenbys Jewel. Our room was changed on arrival because the window in room 16 would not shut, Very disappointing.

room was pleasing enough , high winds made the windows rattle all night . there is a lot of leaks in the building , so there for needs a lot of repairs. painting needed in other areas too . otherwise was ok for a night

We did like its position overlooking the sea, with spectacular views to Caldy Island and the bay.

We liked the position We did not like the poor quality of the fabric of the hotel the poor decoration and even when moved their best room found stains on the walls leaks in the bay window broken wardrobe lack of hot water in shower which did not drain

Misleading description and photos

Shocking state of a hotel. Very dirty, unfinished and misleading photos of this hotel. Best part of our trip was having breakfast and leaving.

Bathroom was stinking caked with grime. Unfortunately, basic housekeeping let this hotel down. Bedroom area was fine with lovely sea view.
