Très bon accueil, professionnel

Pros: Tout
Location: Musée de la photo panoramique. Hôtel situé pas très loin du Palais de la Paix
Hôtel calme, très confortable, assez bien centré.

Ein sehr schönes hotel im Zentrum

Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Speziell die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und in der Executive Lounge wissen was "Kundenservice" bedeutet. Jederzeit wieder!

Beautiful hotel but I didn't get much sleep

The Hilton is ideally located for a lot of purposes in The Hague. We were appointed a huge room (suite), that embodied two showers, a sitting/dining room, separate toilet. We were spoilt for space :) But we didn't sleep very well unfortunately, both nights party noise from the neighboring pub annoyed us as the sound isolation is not that good. And our nights were shortened too because of the very noisy lowering of the sunscreen which automatically starts around 8 am. Service might be a bit better in a 5* too: we had some confusion about wifi being included or not (the connection in room 317 is rubbish by the way), toilets in the lobby weren't properly managed. The property itself seems brand new and it's is great modern hotel with good facilities.
