Dear guest, Thank you for your comments. Regarding the firealarm, please be noted that it is not good serviceship to tell the guest that they have to take a less warm showerin order that the firalarm should not go off. That should be our concern. Our apologies that our staff came over angrily. they only should be concerned about the firealarm and help people where they can. We will discuss this with the staff involved. Hope this will not decide you not to come back again some other time. Yours truly,
