Was very disappointed by the room so much so we upgraded to a business suite at a cost. Original room poky and dark. Was not enough room To have two bags on floor and sit in the room comfortably. Staff were okay but on reception the staff were brusk. Wouldn’t say this is a 5* venue at all. Need to take the hourly free bus to get to city centre, be warned it is sometimes an elbow fight. Staff seem oblivious and care free to any feedback given. Wouldn’t recommend hotel if you are staying for more than a long weekend.

Trendy hotel near the port, a bit way from center

Best breakfast and nice rooms, business oriented hotel. Nice swimming pool as well and SPA area.

Uns haben insbesondere die grossen Zimmer, die bequemen Betten und die Sauberkeit sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls vielfältig und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Hotelpersonal war im grossen und Ganzen freundlich. - Leider war die Lage ausserhalb der Stadt, die Stadt wurde zu Fuss erst in etwa 25min erreicht. Oder mit dem Taxi in etwa 10min. Das Hotel hatte dafür einen inklusiven Shuttle Bus. Dieser fuhr aber meistens erst gegen Mittag und nur etwa 4-5x täglich. Wenn man gerne früh unterwegs ist, nützt einem der Shuttle Bus nicht sehr viel. Das Hotel lag in einer Industriegegend. Wenn man aus dem Fenster geschaut hat, sah man graue Blöcke, angefangene Baustellen und unschöne Gebäude. Das war sehr schade. - Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach nicht so stark auf Touristen ausgerichtet. Die Reception konnte uns für Aktivitäten, Busverbindungen, Bootsausflüge etc. keine hilfreiche Auskunft geben.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl. Personal war hilfsbereit und kompetent. Fitnessraum war auch gut. Die Dusche in der Badewanne war nicht so erfreulich und der Zug am frühen Morgen den man hörte. Aber im grossen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel.

Mitten im Industriegebiet gelegen, was uns aber bereits bei Buchung klar war. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service in die Innenstadt. Das Interieur des Hotels ist sehr dunkel und modern gehalten, dass muss Einem grundsätzlich gefallen. Der Service war für die Anzahl der Sterne völlig in Ordnung. Highlight war der Rooftop Pool.

Lage ist nicht toll aber da kann ja hotel nichts dafür Wenn mann aus dem zimmer kamm war der gang nicht klimatisiert sonst wunderschönes hotel alle mitarbeiter hilfsbereit nochmals danke wir waren 4 tage dort
