The overall experience was what should be expected from a 4 star hotel that is so often lacking in other properties. We both said this is the overall best experience we have had. We stayed half board and breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Their was adequate staff, plenty of space to eat and relax, we never waited for service or a table. There was recycling but we felt this could be improved was our only negative.

Short stay
This is my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very well kept. The staff are all very friendly. There are on site laundry facilities that were very useful. We stayed on a half board basis and the food is plentiful with a lots of choice and again that restaurant staff are all very polite.
