Thank you for your feedback. Our AC system doesn't work if outside temperature is below 10 degrees (this is a technical recommendation). During your stay there 4 degrees outside. You jut had to turn off the head and the temperature will go down. Regarding the noise from the restaurant, the music had a higher volume until 10 pm (this is the romanian time for sleeping hours). After this hour the music was set to a low volume. We are sorry that you didn't had a pleasant experience in our hotel.
