Top Lage!! Super Frühstück!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Lediglich die Möbel sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal aufgebessert werden...

Einzigartig ist die Lage direkt am Strand, das Frühstücksbuffet und der grosse Aussenpool, geheizt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Anlage ist nicht modern, trotzdem würd‘ ich dort wieder hin wollen

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, was wir allen nur empfehlen können. Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen:-) Wir waren im 5. Stockwerk, da waren die Zimmer noch altbacken, aber sehr sauber. Für gerade mal 3 Euro mehr, kann man sein Frühstück auf dem Zimmer genießen. Jeden Tag gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Mineralwasser auf das Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstückbuffet sehr umfangreich mit Ausblick auf das Meer und der Wellnessbereich ein Traum. Wer nicht ein neumodernes Hotel braucht, dafür aber super Ausstattung und Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Gut ist die Nähe zum Strand. Die Städte Hamburg, Lübeck sind schnell zu erreichen

Warten und irren

Pros: Die Länge des Pools und die Auswahl des Frühstückes.
Cons: Mehr Fahrstühle, mehr Wegweiser.
Location: Direkt am Strand. Die Möglichkeiten verschiedener Unternehmungen sind grenzenlos.
Wir haben ein Freundinnen WE gemacht. Empfang im Hotel war nett. Uns wurde gesagt, dass nur ein Fahrstuhl in Betrieb ist, wir aber den Personalaufzug benutzen können. Wir haben viel Wartezeit vor den Fahrstühlen verbracht. Und beim Benutzen des Treppenhauses sind wir nie direkt in der Lobby gelandet, sondern in einem Restaurant oder irgendwo. Dies hat doch sehr genervt. Auch mit dem Bademantel zum Wellnessbereich durch die belebte Lobby zu gehen, war unangenehm. Positiv zu bewerten war: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Größe des Pools, das Frühstück. die Größe der Einzelzimmer. und die Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand. Der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist unbezahlbar!

Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen unsere tolle Lage, unser Service, der Wellnessbereich und das reichhaltige Frühstück besonders gefallen haben. Gerne werden wir Ihre lobenden Worte mit unserem Team teilen. Wie Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes beobachten konnten, nutzen wir die Nebensaison und sind gerade dabei unsere Aufzüge zu modernisieren, um die Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen und lange Wartezeiten zukünftig vermeiden zu können. Wegen der Wartung fällt derzeit ein Fahrstuhl aus, gerne können aber der 2. Aufzug, unser Personalaufzug und auch unsere Treppenhäuser genutzt werden. Ein Ende der baulichen Maßnahmen ist bereits in Sicht. Wir bitten höflichst um Ihr Verständnis. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, um Ihnen einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bereiten zu können.
