We had a great stay at the Shibuya Granbell - the location was absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the Shibuya crossing but on a very quiet street and near some great local restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room (a suite) was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a huge amount of construction work going on very close to the hotel but we moved to a room on the other side and weren't disturbed at all. The staff are aware of the disruption and I got the impression they do whatever they can to minimise it for guests. We'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, 4min walking to Shibuya crossing and train station. Rooms not very large, but with everything you need for a few days. Large construction next door, but no noise at night.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Unmittelbar neben der Shibuya Station. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Anders als beschrieben besitzt dieses Hotel eine Rezeption. Man kann das Gepäck auch vor dem Check-In in der Hotellobby abgeben.
