Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. À l’arrivée nous avons 2 lits simples de 1m pour 3 personnes ! C’est inacceptable (les hôtesses d’accueil ont l’habitude et montrent une plaquette avec la taille du lit sans proposer d’autre solution). J’ai uniquement réussi à avoir un troisième oreiller… Le petit déjeuner était inclu mais pas pour l’enfant. A aucun moment cela n’a été précisé. Enfin la porte de la salle de bain était bloquée. Après m’avoir demandé de tester à nouveau, l’hôtesse d’accueil est montée et a constaté le dysfonctionnement. Une solution a été trouvée pour avoir accès à la salle de bain. Je trouve réellement inacceptable de proposer sur ebookers ce type d’établissement pour 3 personnes. Je suis disponible pour vous relater mon témoignage dans le détail. Merci pour la prise en compte de ce retour. J’étais jusqu’ici satisfait du site e bookers mais je n’envisage pas de réserver à nouveau compte tenu de cette très mauvaise expérience.

Petite chambre mais pour une nuit à Tokyo c'est parfait. Seul bémol, la salle des petits déjeuner trop petite et choix du buffet limité.
