Good location for restaurants but needs revamping

The hotel lobby is good but the hotel room we stayed in was in need of redecoration and new beds the beds were very uncomfortable. Too softy on rolled into a dip in the middle of the bed. Did not sleep well at all because of this. We asked for a quiet room and did get one there was very little noise from inside the hotel as they have a noise policy which is good. Yonge streets is noisy there was an annual buskers festival whilst we were there but it finished at midnight each night and as we were 14 floors up this did not bother us at all. No kettle in the room which is a must for making tea - making tea through a coffee machine does not work as it is tainted with coffee taste even after washing out several times. The check in and out was slow but the staff were very nice. Safety deposit boxes required in the room rather than at reception as you had to queue at reception to get in and out of these. Overall good location nice staff but revamping of rooms desperately needed.

Two night stay in Toronto

Hotel room was quite dated and the air conditioning is so old and loud I had to turn it off to sleep! The breakfast buffet was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for a number of hours. I was up for breakfast at 7 so would have presumed it all would have been fresh at that time. The location is good but didn't feel entirely safe walking around that end of Yonge Street, a lot of homeless and beggers around and tacky flashing light type shops! Enjoyed my stay in toronto but overall wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay in.

Simple, comfortable, central

Despite what it said on website, Internet was free and easy to use. Staff very pleasant. Starbucks in lobby. Clean, simple, neat. Outstandingly comfortable beds, duvet and pillows. Excellent central location. Great value overall and I'll definitely go back.

Excellent location, large and clean rooms

The location of the hotel was excellent . There was only a walking distance to the CN tower, Aquarium and harbor. I was staying in Toronto for one weekend with my friend and I could highly recommend this hotel. Bath tub was a nice surprise!

Tolle Lage.

Goed stadshotel

Prima locatie downtown in Toronto. Wel verouderde faciliteiten (lees Zwembad, etc) en kamers. Zowel met kamers als lobby was begonnen met renovatie.

Hotellikuulumiset

Oikein mainio ja rauhallinen hotelli. Sopivasti kaupungin sydämessä. Sanomalehti luxusta. Aamiainen hyvä joskin melko kallis. Helposti hop on hop off bussiin melkein portilta. Retkibussi Niagaralle hotellin pihasta! Nam!

Petit déjeuner

Le coût du petit déjeuner ( buffet ) est trop élevé pour les petits mangeurs.
