Convenient to Pearson International Airport. The shuttle was excellent and appreciated!

When we arrived in the room there was what looked like stained urine on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was about to fall off, the tub was plugged, the tv remote worked badly and the bed was very bad and you roll into the middle. After I complained we were given a better room but also some stains in the bathroom. Over all the first room was disgusting and should not be rented at all, the second better but very marginal. I chose the Sandman Signature in the hope paying more for the room would give a better result. I am so disgusted with Sandman at the lack of maintenance, quality and cleanliness and will be giving a full review when I return home Darwin Ferster
