The only thing i liked wasthe deck in garden and lounge .All rest was very run down specially the room

There is a tiny car park which was full. No one was at reception to check in, there is a sign saying to ring a number which rings the phone on the desk and goes to ansaphone!. Eventually another guest went to find someone in the restaurant. Very loud door banging next to our room and next to stairs so we could hear everyone coming and going all night. Windows are not double glazed so the noise from guests outside the front door was also really loud. If you are by the stairs and door ask to move, we never realised until in bed when it was too late. It is a very good price but that is for a reason. Pack ear plugs!
