In the hotel information it ends at 12 pm, we do not have a license to enter after midnight.

Dear guest, sorry about your experience in the hotel but you didn't say to us anything about why didn't you want to go. In this case we cannot do anything for you if you don't say to us what could have happened to leave the hotel. Best regards

Dear guest, sorry about your experience on our hotel. Next time, if you have any problems, communicate at reception and they will do the best of them to change the room. If we havent got any complains about your room we cannot fix a problem if this is not communicated by the guest. Best regards
