Pros - great atmosphere and modern style . Adored the pool / sunbathing areas, breakfast was to die for! Constructive feedback - no iron or kettle in room, impossible to get the shampoo/gel out of the bottle in the shower and minimal bathroom extras Would definitely stay again

I love the hotel is right in front of the beach and can walk to shops bars restaurants and supermarket, but two things I hate about my room is that there is no A/C In April. It’s supposed to be winter month, secondly I can hear the water running water system in my room all morning from 7 am onwards so no chance to sleep after 7 am, oh one more thing I can smell next door cigarettes when someone smoke in the balcony, so I can’t even open my door,so overall is a great hotel serving wonderful breakfast, but if you don’t want to wake up by 7 am or smell next door cigarettes or you don’t mind being hot at night than that is a perfect hotel, but I will not go back there cos I like sleep longer than 7 am and prefer not smell next door cigarettes. Thank.

Modern hotel in a great location

Pros: The rooms, classed as House Suites, are modern, spacious with two big screen tvs, a separate lounge area with sofa bed, safe and fridge as standard.
Cons: Some times the food could have been hotter, although there was a microwave in the restaurant. The chefs worked hard to cater to everyone's needs.
Location: The hotel location couldn't have been better, overlooking the Puerto Marina and direct access to the promenade via a security gate.
Just back from another stay at this lovely hotel which was completely modernised 2 years ago. Check in was quick and reception staff were helpful in giving us a very nice room on request. The staff in every department i.e. cleaning, restaurant, entertainment and bar etc were extremely friendly and very hard working in attending to the customers needs. Plenty of sun loungers around the 4 swimming pools, A short walk to the picturesque fishing village of La Cariheula with plenty of bars and restaurants and the large Puerto Marina is virtually on your doorstep. Very good bus service to areas in and around Costa del sol.

Unexpected Gem

Pros: Breakfast buffet & cleanliness
Location: Excursion tip: hire a car - it's cheaper than the arranged excursions and parking isn't expensive. We did Ronda and Granada and loved both,
I read reviews before I went and most of them were accurate. Hotel is clean and rooms really are spacious and lovely. Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet is very good with a very wide choice. 'Mixed by Ibiza Rocks' doesn't mean it's a clubbers hotel so don't be put off by the name. We arrived at 11.30am and were checked in promptly but we didn't get a room until 2pm. The tip about taking your own towel is a good one: firstly, towel guy isn't always there and the prime spots get taken early. Secondly, unless you're on some special package where you're wearing a wristband, it costs €1 to change it to a clean one. Beds are quite close together so if you prefer a little space, I recommend the beach. However, the cost for two loungers is €10 all day and it doesn't matter when you turn up, you'll be charged the same rate. I wasn't sure what to expect but this area has upped its game: it has untold restaurants and shopping areas - perfect for mooching around in the evening. The marina area is really lovely with some very pretty architecture.
